Terms of Order

Client

1. Guaranties that the compound(s) live up to the criteria stated in the order form and does not constitute any hazardous risk beyond what might be stated in the order form.
2. The compound(s) will be shipped in an appropriate container and packaging to ensure quality of compound is maintained and secured from any leakage.
3. Will keep confident any information on protocols, quality standards, processes or compounds from Zenit Science received in relation to the order unless anything else is agreed in writing.
4. Will pay invoice within 14 days from receipt unless otherwise agreed with Zenit Science.
5. Will have full ownership of results from the analysis of own compounds.

Zenit Science

1. Will perform analysis according to our quality standards and protocols stated on our homepage unless anything else is agreed.
2. Will send electronic report within the timelines and terms stated in the order form unless anything else is specified or agreed or in case unforeseen events prevents the timely distribution of reports.
3. Will keep confident any information on compounds, technologies from client received in relation to the order unless anything else is agreed in writing.
4. Will keep confident results of analysis unless anything else is agreed in writing.
5. Will keep copy of analysis report up to one year from completion of analysis.
